Scope and summary of activities
Safe Work Australia engaged Strategic Reform to develop three website concepts, technical design, and an implementation plan as an initial deliverable of the interactive website component of their overarching Data Improvement Project. The Data Improvement Project looks to improve the way Safe Work Australia and its stakeholders use data by making data more useful and accessible, and improving data communication capability.
The scope of work included the development of website user personas, concept designs and a solution blueprint / technical options paper and initial implementation plan.
Outcomes and Benefits
Strategic Reform have consulted with internal and external stakeholders, validating the need for an Interactive Data Website, and developed concepts to support it. The stakeholder engagement confirmed this would be an asset for Safe Work Australia and provided insight into the design and features that would be of benefit.
Strategic Reform’s design work, technical report and project planning advice has positioned Safe Work Australia well to progress their Data Improvement Project. It has provided the framework for the future of build, procurement, licensing as well as ongoing maintenance considerations of the Interactive Data Website.
