Managing Consultant

Chris Morrison is Managing Consultant at Strategic Reform. Chris is a strategic change advisor, industry-recognised thought leader and driver of change with 16 years’ experience leading, advising and delivering strategic and transformation programs at multiple Federal Government agencies.

Chris has a diverse skill set spanning strategy, change management and organisation design, capability improvement, digital transformation, cloud computing, corporate governance, program/project management, data and service management and user experience design. Prior to his management consulting career, he held various strategic and transformation positions as a public-sector executive.

Chris has led all lifecycle phases of large change programs: discovery, business case, stakeholder engagement, problem definition, options analysis, benefits and roadmap, scoping and schedule, 3-year strategies and overall program delivery and sustainment. Chris also has over a decade of experience contributing to multi-million-dollar, multi-year technology projects at the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science, Department of Home Affairs and Department of Human Services.

Chris has a unique strategic change focus and people-centred approach to stakeholder management through his Graduate Certificate in Change Management at the leading business school in Australia, UNSW AGSM.

Chris creates compelling change narratives through a degree in Communications and integration of several best practices, including Service Design (ITIL Expert), Certified Scrum Master, Certificate in User Experience and Lean Change Management.
