Skilled as a Procurement and Contract Management Specialist, Shauna has significant experience in large (high value, high risk) procurement processes and development of and management of contract arrangements.  Working under broad direction, Shauna delivers the day to day outcomes of commercial management using her self-leadership and management skills.  Her commercial / contract manager experience ranges from providing advice on agreements, recommendations for compliance, development of contract administration manuals and training of staff to evaluation, liaison with relevant parties and documentation of contract variations.

Shauna is experienced with undertaking business and systems analysis and providing detailed reporting requirements to exceed client expectations.   Shauna has contributed to many reviews of current business processes / activities, providing recommendations on improvements to deliver efficiencies, developing supporting documentation and implementing change.  Shauna uses her effective communication skills to gather information that is analysed to provide recommendations that enable informed business decisions and service improvement.

An experienced and agile project manager, with over 12 years’ experience, Shauna has successfully contributed project management services to a number of large scale ICT projects, in the form of developing and implementing project governance and management frameworks, scheduling and resourcing, financial management, risk and issue management and project reporting.  Shauna continues to use these principles in all aspects of her ongoing project work.
