Solution Architect
Strategic Reform’s core business is assisting public and private sector organisations achieve transformational changes to their business in response to environmental changes, often driven through major technology projects. We work with our clients from strategy development through to implementation – designing business and technology architectures, defining pathways for transformation, and ensuring that organisational change is managed and sustained effectively.
We are seeking a Solution Architect who will be responsible for the strategic design and implementation of technical architectures that support core organisational functions. As a Solution Architect you will be responsible for the development of technology solution and matching business requirements to systems/ technical solution to ensure they effectively meet the needs of our clients.
- Lead or participated in major end-to-end business process re-engineering or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into practical applications and operational solutions.
- Demonstrable experience in solution architecture in a Microsoft environment.
- Knowledge of highly available, highly scalable cloud-based infrastructures and continuous delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong time management, organisational skills and ability to manage competing workloads.
- At least eight years of work experience in one or more IT areas.
- Relevant qualifications in a technical competency
- Be willing to travel as required.
- Current security clearance, baseline is required, and preferably the ability to obtain NV1.
